There is something about a straw hat!  I think sunny, summer days and lingering at the beach.  Nostalgic thoughts of vacations when I was young exploring mountain creeks or lazing at poolside.   And, of course, wearing a straw hat while tending the garden.  I’m pulled to the imagery and it is one of my reoccurring themes.

    We had two golden retrievers named Jack and Jake growing up. They would’ve loved going on your adventures. 🙂
