Memoir or Not?

Today I am sharing the outline for one of my unfinished writing projects, a memoir of my creative journey.  Presently, I am living in a time of transition from Chapter 7 to Chapter 8.  From experience, I know that with the excitement of the unknown comes an artistic outpouring.  If I am correct, then this book is in the process of expanding and taking shape.  However, it is also possible that the muse will pull me somewhere else and that working on this memoir is part of the transition.  I won’t know until I look back.

My big question, to Memoir or Not?  I am a private person and I do not want to divulge all of my life.  Yet, everything I have created has come out of my experiences.   I hear a call.   I think I have something of value to share.

Wow, the way you have organized the chapters of your memoir is awesome. The themes are so alive. Your creative energy comes through with vibrance. I am looking forward to reading more.

  2. Wow! It all sounds so interesting! Creativity is a very personal process, but what’s nice is you have total control over what you choose to expose and what you keep private. I am an intensely private person as well, so I admire your courage to put so much of yourself out there. 🙂

DO IT! You must write this book. Please do!
