2018 Life Update

100_2552  I am going through a metamorphosis, of sorts.  My attitude is positive.  I am excited about a new challenge; a new job.  But, I’ve been spoiled for the last several years:  not having to set my alarm.  What a luxury!

This week I begin to set my first alarm at 5:45 a.m. and second alarm at 6 a.m.; starting Wednesday.  Yes, two alarms because I can’t oversleep.

Life seems to enjoy roadblocks.  My electricity went out on Monday for an hour or so.  Construction on the freeway is to begin any day now for the next year.  What’s that going to do to the drive?

I made the leap in technology last year to an iPhone(and iPad).
Love it!  I keep learning more about what my phone can do:  camera, photos, texting, TedTalk Podcasts, library e-books; and now I can go to the Clock App and set an alarm to wake me up….at 5:45 a.m.

I am grateful that I am an early riser; grateful that I am still experiencing challenges; grateful that I have a new job.

Best wishes to all.  LR
